eventually i should go to one of these roadburn fests, i guess, right? but i don't wanna go to Holland. what the fuck is in Holland for me? what could holland have to offer anyone? i have a friend who wants to travel the world and go experience new things and meet new people, my mom and my sister is the exact same way.
i just don't understand them.

i hate the friends that i have and want to know less people. meeting more people will only over complicate my stupid simple shallow fucked up life. i don't really like the world all that much and i can't imagine there is anything in Europe that is gonna re-align my perception. if anything it will make me feel more inadequate towards where i live. i think its funny the us has a historical society, like building 200 years old should be saved when there are thousand year old streets in the world, its kind of an insult to a place with an actual culture to make believe an old library built by robber barons originally just to store wheat in is a significant place worthy of being protected where there are parts of italy where caeser stood.

but again the whole European superiority complex drives me up a wall, like they've done anything for the last 200 years, how Europeans can act high and mighty because their ancestors did great things, that shit happened so long ago their ancestors could be mine by now. Spain has done nothing in the last 20 years to make me say "wow" other than a couple goals by Xavi Alonso. don't even get me started on France for the 10th time.i like Germany a lot, strong industry and products, their own language and the landscape, the mountains, the villages the deep fucked up forests. Can't overlook the Nazi thing i guess, doesn't matter how great their luxury cars are, holocaust is pretty unforgivable. to sit back and act like you're superior to america because people you never met did amazing things 300 years ago when since then in all actuality you have done much less than the us is kind of stupid. i mean seriously what the fuck has Austria or Poland done in the last 100 years? Greece peaked over a thousand years ago, imagine it being 1000 years since broadrick was in godflesh and it was a thousand fucking eps of stupid songs and 400 bad side projects of shitty unimaginative songs? 250 remix releases? robotic empire would even have to say enough was enough.

at this point my family has been out of Ireland and Scotland by 200 years, shouldn't i have an equal claim to all the great cultural advan...ok bad example, but imagine if my family originated from a country that actually did something? would i still get to claim it was my country's work? i'm just as connected to those people as the people living in the country now, if anything i've done more because my family traveled into the great unknown and they just treaded water and got the euro.

this all really stems because i feel inadequate towards girls who want more from the world than i have ever experienced, it only really makes me breathe in the air around me and how tired i really am of the same smell and how i'm much too afraid to ever change it no matter how great the "ifs" are. its funny knowing i'm currently within 20 miles of where i will die. it sucks knowing i'm going to experience .2% of the world around me.

omega massif is a band by the way i don't really know anything about them other than they are good, godfather can fill in the rest i guess, who gives a shit, i'm gonna go listen to air and try not to feel terrible about breathing
