so a gentleman sent me a wav format demo of his band and to describe them
"it's something like Eyehategod, the Melvins and Mental." and already my head started hurting
i haven't seen a wav format since i downloaded jurassic park sound effects to play with my dads computer when he would close out windows and maximize them just to drive him crazy. and on top of the piss poor audioformat i'm at the point in my life where i'd sooner put it in my mom missionary than listen to another stonersludge record. so little did young michael know but he was already behind two 8-balls. so i hit play thinking "i will thoroughly bash this dick and feel better about myself"
so then i heard one track and i was completely floored that a band with what could very well be the most horrendous presentation of all time have been this good. this is nothing short of a shock to me. all substance no presentation really good stripped down stonermetal angry music, i assume angry, the vocals seem angry not really sure what he is saying, it could be completely rose filled lyrics for all i know this is the worst twist paragraph ever and i'm sorry for blowing it, this band deserves better.
i emailed post-haste the gentleman back mocking him for choosing wav asked for a mp3 rip which is what i'm currently uploading here and then demanding his band tour immediately and send me test pressings
wuss is one of the best band names ever. now if this is a trick by someone who just sent me other bands music or something this is a brilliant farce. but i think this band has genuine promise.

you know, .wav is actually a lossless format. More losslessy than .flac if you want to be total fucking jerk.
but yeah...no one listens to them.
I like this band.
also, the website lets you download the album in 320k mp3 anyway...
a lot of people use bandcamp; low overhead, no need to pay extra fees, and a good way to host music simply that you want to sell/give away.

Can't thank everyone enough for all the kind words about what we are doing. I'm the only one that frequents lambgoat. We are still working on artwork for the demo, and are gunning to record an LP around spring! We will have something more than a default bandcamp page up soon, so you have something "prettier" to resort to for updates if you stay interested in us.
I swear dude is saying "TWIZZLERS" on the 3rd track, haha.
But yea, this is some angry sludge. Great stuff.
first song rips the fuck off of a megasus riff but this is cool so far
