generally referred to as a stoner metal album. i don't really know if it's that simple. this one lost most of the screaming vocals found on the previous album, deformers of the universe, but still maintains the huge soaring riffs and amazing guitar tones. few minutes of post rockish stuff splashed in between. one of the best purchases I've ever made.
