First up, Titan. I know this has been out for a while(3 years), and all over different blogs.... but I've listened to this at least 3-4 times a week for like 6 months. This album is amazing.
At first, it seems ever so slightly generic.. then 4 minutes in, it takes a turn for the best and refuses let up. "Their sound is like a time machine into the 70's filled with jams, freak outs, bombastic organs, motorik bass lines and fuzzed guitars." For fans of Mammatus, Mahavishnu, Neu!, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath... Out on tee-pee records. GET IT

Next, Eat Lights: Become Lights. Spacey and positive sounding instrumental kraut-rock a-la Can, Neu!, Kluster, Harmonia and such. Also note the borderline TOO perfect production on this album. "The thrilling, transcendental surge of Ash Ra Tempel, Tangerine Dream and Neu is in good hands with the boys of ELBL, but the thicker rhythms and occasionally tempestual guitar wizard-y is sure to please fans of modern journeymen including Zombi and Titan."
