Super-group with members of Sonic Youth, Ministry, Murder Inc./Killing Joke (debatable) and Minsk /Nachtmystium (session musician) ...
Release notes speak about "a psychoactive dose of mind-altering sonic experimentation".
I think it's great stuff.
Out on Relapse Records.

Listen before you buy. If you go in blind, you might be disappointed.
yep. check out this review: http://blowthescene.com/reviews/turning-lead-into-gold-with-the-high-confessions-review.html
it's good but not great. lacks some focus.
Thanks for this,i think its really good.I like their use of repetition, you can dance to this shit man.
Not touching this with a 9 foot barge pole.
I'm also generally dubious when it comes to "super-groups" with "great names".
Of course opinions may differ and real specialists of the experimental genre may notice pitfalls, etc. (and then I can be guided to notice them as well, maybe).
Anyway, all in all I instinctively like this first product.
And I too like that use of trance-inducing but dynamic repetition, that Black Adam was mentioning, in this particular case. I don't know, maybe it's the moment ...
Btw, thanks for the comments and the barge pole, guys.
I'm pretty sure none of them were in Killing Joke. I'd have noticed. Is Sanford Parker in Nachtmystium now? This is alright, could have done with a bit of editing down to EP length. I'm trying to work out how a Scotsman living in the US has a London accent though, very strange.
here's the KJ affiliation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Connelly
He was in Murder Inc. not Killing Joke. Christ, I'm a troll now. My life's taken a turn.
No hitter on Acid!
