so here is two bands that go well together. if not for anything else other than my heightened disinterest in ever hearing either album ever again.



interpol a postpunk indie band from fuck all who everyone tells me i don't like correctly because i prefer their antics album over their debut turn on the bright lights. i never really listened to any albums they had between this one and antics. everyone says their best work was their first album and to me their singer looks like the most unlikable person alive. i've always kind of thought of interpol as joy division with out the depression so they don't have to have the added hindrances of passion and seeming connected to their music. they remind me of all my ex gfs friends i made up in my head in Brooklyn who likely exist but i never bothered to actually talk to. douchey clothes with like scarfs and shit with no real jobs who think the common working man is a sucker while they do coke and wear sunglasses indoors. to me thats interpol i guess.

and

moon, a band that just kind of sounds like behemoth with out the big sound production that makes people like them. black metal with out the pesky restriction of having to change their sound from song to song. hard to believe also no one ever had the band name "moon" before. also harder to believe anyone would name an album "lucifer's horns" its not by any means terrible black metal, its just... kinda silly. this sort of band has a huge fanbase though and just because i don't like it doesn't mean shit. if any black metal band has a 10th of a atmospheric sound i jizz in my own mouth over it. so if you like bm then by all means fuck off with your horse shit and download this you fucking prick its called lucifers horns for fuck sake you're silly.




these bands sound NOTHING alike. and in fact i wouldn't put them in the same post if i didn't think "fuck it just call it dp". all in all i challenge anyone to find me two albums i cumulatively could be less invested in yet will listen to front to back 2 times each.

anyways this site is dragging when mari jaci and petya aren't posting as much not that i blame them, when they cycle through they drop awesome gems i'd just like to increase the amount of shit posted on here, especially because as all of you have noticed i'm just shit out of fucking ideas with this horse shit music.

anyways. if anyone who sends me emails and stuff wants to post here respond in here or email jaci or call her cell. which i will post if you ask me for it.

no seriously though the best thing that ever happened to my other blog was the addition of thirdworldman so if any of you guys have the heart to join and be made fun of by me incessantly don't hesitate to join.

also someone help me like the band "the swans" because i just don't fucking get it. between them, the melvins and high on fire i'm missing out on what some people call landmark music. but i just don't get it.
