Do you mean it was actually recorded in synchronization with the other album? Or that it's just a good complimentary listen. (genuinely curious)
With Rune Grammofon releases, it is impossible to tell - the groups on the label are quite orgiastic; upon first listen, it seems intentional ~ but could also be utter coincidence...[?]
